Hello fellow Casio enthusiasts and Happy New Year.

In this post I will be looking at the Casio Ediface EFV-550P that I received as a Christmas present from my family. It is the first Ediface I have ever owned as they are quite expensive to buy. I am very happy with the watch, however I have not worn it yet and I am unsure of some of the functions it has. 


As you can see, the watch is very well made, the case and back are both made of steel. This version of the 550P has the rubber strap but I am sure the are other variants of the watch that are fitted with a full metal strap. I myself prefer the rubber strap, but I may change my mind in the future. I am also sure I have seen other variants of this watch with an orange rubber strap, which looked really cool. 


The outer bezel, with the numbers printed on does NOT move and is only for display purposes. The watch face has blue and chrome highlights on the the hands and dials which looks beautiful under the right lights.


 A close up of the face reveals all the fine details of the watch. The watch also has a date window at the twenty minute marker. The three smaller dials are for the chronograph (stop watch) function and I am unsure of what they display, so I will need to read the manual.


The watch is very chunky and heavy as you can imagine being made from metal and should last a lifetime if cared for correctly.


As you can see the watch has a "screw down back", which will protect the watch much better than a "screw on" back. The "screw down" backs are a much desired design and can be found on some G-Shock models.


It is indeed a very pretty watch and I look forward to sharing the finer details of the watch when I update this post.

Casio AB-200 Databank Watch (Module 321) 18/6/22 Hello fellow Casio watch enthusiasts, collectors and welcome to my post. As the title suggests, this post will be about the Casio AB-200 Data Bank watch. You may be aware (if you have read my previous posts), I have been looking for a good example for a long time now but finally, I have one on it's way to me. The actual watch is the one in the picture below and are the pictures I based my decision on to buy it. They are not the best pictures in the world and to be fair, the watch is not the best example of an AB-200 but it's the best I can afford at this moment. It is finished in silver with as best as I can see, has a white dial. I do believe the AB-200 silver came with either a white dial or a black dial. Casio Watches I Would Love to Own Hello Casio owners and lovers from around the world. I hope you are all well. 12/4/2023 As the title suggest, this is a list of Casio watches I would love to add to my humble collection. Some are vintage watches, whilst some of them may be recent.
