Casio DBC-611G Battery Change  (Module 3228). Hello fellow Casio watch enthusiasts from around the world. I hope you are all well. As the title suggests, I will be replacing the battery in my DBC-611G. I have owned the watch a little over 2 years, and I am more than happy with it.  A couple of weeks ago, I changed the batteries in some of my other watches and noticed that this watches display was starting to dim. No if's, not but's, it will destroy a watch. I see way too many examples of vintage watches being destroyed by a leaking batteries. With my reasoning and thought's aired for owning one complete, let me start the review of this popular Casio Databank watch. I bought this watch brand new from a company called Creation Watches back in July of 2020. It was, at that time heavily discounted and I paid £21 for the watch including delivery. Considering Cas

Casio DBC-611G Data Bank Watch  (Module 3228) 2/12/21  Hello Casio owners and lovers from around the world, I hope you are all well. As the title suggests, I am going to share some pictures of my Casio data bank watch, some information of the functions it has and what it's is like to live with as a daily watch.  I have been a lover of Casio watches since the early 1980's and have owned many. This was mainly due to the initial cost of the watch, but they wore out quite quickly. Their plastic strap's were notorious for cracking and would easily break after a couple of years. Also, the glass was quite easily scratched, but this was ok because it wasn't an expensive watch. In the 1980's, Casio would sometimes release a single style of watch made from different materials or finishes. This was normally a black plastic version, and a metal version finished in either silver or gold. The metal versions made in the 1980's had not only a metal strap, but also a metal (stai
